Scope

These terms apply to the use of this website, run by Jodok Batlogg (see the imprint). The site informs about Namche’s work. Consulting, implementation and other projects are agreed separately, in writing; these terms do not cover them.

Use of the site

You may visit the site and share links to it. Do not misuse it, for example by trying to disrupt it, to gain unauthorised access or to use it for unlawful purposes.

Content and rights

Texts, images, videos, the Namche marks and the design belong to us or to their respective owners. Company names and logos of third parties are theirs and are used only to name them. Do not reproduce or redistribute substantial parts without permission, except where the law allows it. The Namche fonts are available under their own licence (SIL Open Font License, see Namche Font).

No guarantee

We take care that the content is correct and current, but it is general information, not advice for a particular case, and we do not guarantee that it is complete or that the site is always available.

Content made with AI

We use AI tools for texts, code, images and videos. Images and videos generated with AI are marked as AI-generated; they illustrate topics and do not show real people or events. A photograph whose resolution or detail was increased with AI is marked as edited with AI. People review all content before it is published.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are not liable, as far as the law permits.

Links

We link to other websites. We checked them when we set the link; we have no influence on their later content and are not responsible for it.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; the version shown here applies. Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence remains unaffected. The competent courts in Austria have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
